It's entitled "Miracle Body ni Goyoujin" by Miyamura Yuko and Hikami Kyoko (although you'll find it listed under Ramune or Lamune). You're supposed to read it from right to left and top to bottom as you listen to the song for best effect/understanding. Oh, and Phoenix wanted to add "It's a kind of homage/parody to vs Knights Ramune & 40 FRESH, starring Carrie (labelled 'Cassie' for that extra parody silliness) and Samus."
